SECTION 4 – Account and Payment
You may register an account with us for your convenience. Having an account will provide you with additional features accessible on the website. These features include the ability to view transaction history, subscriptions, downloads, billing and shipping address management, pre-populated form fields, access to exclusive portions of the website, and more as the site grows. Here is what your account user data consists of:

- Shipping and Billing Address
- Display name
- Password
If you choose to register an account with Bazz1, your data is stored through Bazz1 data storage, databases and the general shopping application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
When you choose a trusted direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is not stored with us. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) by your chosen payment gateway. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Your credit card information is never stored on Bazz1 servers. It is either entered directly on a trusted payment gateway website, or encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and delivered directly and securely to the gateway. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, our payment gateways adhere to all PCI-DSS requirements and we implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
